Business Analyst – Albany

Required Experience/Education:

• Ideal candidate will have a  4 year college degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Business
• 3-5 years of work experience business analysis and/OR domestic/international ERP project management experience.
• Project management experience preferred

• 3-5 years experience reviewing business processes and developing and implementing best practices. 
• Ability to quickly understand and utilize new concepts and technologies.
• Possess, practice and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communications skills. 
• Must be able to work with a global team using all forms of communication.
• Possess the ability to speak and write the English language.
• Previous experience working with software, technologies and interdependencies of global ERP solutions is a plus.
• Possess and maintain proficiency in the Microsoft Office software suite of products, including Excel and Access.
• Experience related to chemical manufacturing business a plus. 
• Specific understanding of process manufacturing and costing is also desired.
• Ideal candidate will have ERP experience
• Willingness to travel both domestically and globally.
