Customer Service - Urgent Need for great opportunity. – Albany

Looking for someone that is compassionate & patient. Candidate will be answering customer questions & concerns. Will be logging all faxes, mail & call notes. Will be working in an Access database & excel spreadsheets. Looking for someone that is very detail oriented and have a keen ability to look for duplicate billing to make sure things are not being paid twice. Need to have an understanding of the program, how it works & be able to articulate it. Ideal candidate should be flexible and have the ability to pitch in where needed.
