I am an Administrative Assistant/Secretary with over 20 years of experience, who can handle your office needs from my home office (no matter what state you live in). My home office is equipped with all the latest technology, making it very easy for a busy person to transmit assignments to me. Some of my skills are: Typing, phone service, excel reports, data entry, html coding and maintenance, desktop publishing, transcriptions and more... You name it I can do it. Hiring me on a contractual basis, as opposed to hiring in-house office staff, saves you money as you do not have the overtime expense as you would an in-house secretary. (I do not charge extra for Holidays and weekends), you do not have to pay me benefits nor provide me with office space. If you’re a busy person who needs an extra hand with office related tasks, please contact me.
