Role Summary - Role demonstrates leadership in driving delivery for large distributed Support teams ensuring the quality and timeliness. Involves working closely with Client Managers to guide the direction for the application in short term and long term.
 
Essential Responsibilities :
1) Engage with company Oracle Application project teams and supporting functions to provide expertise leading to business process solution designs with the fewest custom elements.
2) Leverage existing solutions and global designs to drive standardization & simplification to reduce implementation timelines & costs.
3) Lead delivery of large distributed team in Onsite offshore model
4) Ensure coordination and communication between Onsite and Offshore teams.
5) Lead the Onsite team and mentor the team members at both onsite and offshore.
6) Work closely with client managers supporting them to plan, strategize and execute the plans.
7) Work closely with multiple teams to ensure coordination between mutliple teams across organizations.
8) Collaborate with Oracle Corporation to facilitate the delivery of new functionality that best serves company business needs.
9) Provide cover for management as needed.
 
Qualifications:
1) Minimum 2 full cycle implementations in P2P track.
2) Excellent knowledgement of p2p flow with hands on experience on both 11.5.10 and R12.
3) Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, computer Science
4) Experience implementing Oracle ERP Financials modules: PO, Iproc, Isupplier, AP, Payments, CM and GL.
5) Knowledge of industry-standard business processes and a clear understanding of the corresponding functional design of the applications.
6) Excellent influencing, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
