We are currently seeking Landscape Architect Project Managers to join our King of Prussia, Albany and Rochester, NY office. This is a fabulous opportunity to work on high profile commercial, municipal, institutional, and private projects utilizing sustainable design practices and traditional urban design principles. In this role you will work in a team environment with other professionals to collaborate on all aspects of creating and managing small to large streetscape and trail corridor projects, lifestyle centers, and waterfront planning and design projects. Typical roles and responsibilities include:Project DesignPerforming work involving conventional landscape and site plan design, grading and utility design, site investigations and analyses;Preparing specifications for site related construction activities;Preparing cost estimates for landscape and site design including utility, earthwork, landscape materials;Researching potential design materials and documents findings for project landscape architect/engineer/manager;Preparing detailed construction methods for implementation during bidding;Preparing written reports for Visual Impact Assessments, Draft and Final Environmental Impact Statements, Engineers Reports, and proposals;Assisting in proposal preparationProject ManagementManaging multi-discipline projectsMaintaining client relationshipsEstablishing new client Relationships/procuring new projectsManaging staffRequirements:Qualifications:Bachelors Degree Landscape Architecture;10-15 years experienceNYS LicensingProven Project Management skillsStrong verbal, technical, and writing skills Strong design and graphic presentation skillsExperience with site design, planting plans, grading, hydrology, and site development a must.Proven ability to multitask, manage projects and relationships, in addition to maintaining budget and schedule deadlinesPlant material knowledge
