Description

Basic Function:
Support and provide administration for market area consisting of 12 retail branches. Act as market point person in Area Sales Manager’s absence.
Responsibilities:
-Provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support requiring high level
 analytical and organizational skills to senior management.
-Administer programs, projects and assignments specific to department.
-Perform a wide range of typing duties including but not limited to correspondence,
 reports, and data tables.
-Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls, relay messages or notify manager. -Schedule appointments and maintain calendar for managers.
-Coordinate all travel arrangements and prepare business itineraries.
-Assist in the preparation of business presentations, management letters, and other
 communications
-Serve as liaison between senior management and bank personnel, respond to
 questions and / or issues in the absence of the Retail Regional Sales Manager.
-Assist with coordination of tasks for new branch openings, closings, and
 consolidations.
-Track weekly sales figures, compile reports for the weekly sales log, weekly star
 performers and branch of the month reports.
-Monitor and update database to ensure staff is assigned appropriate goals and
 revenue is funneled to the proper offices.
-Coordinate with Regional Marketing Coordinator on local events, in-house
 promotions and the general marketing of the bank and area quarterly sales events.
-Perform other related assignments as requested by management.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience.
-Proficient in Word, Excel, and GroupWise.
-Familiarity with Web applications.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to use tact and diplomacy with all levels of personnel.
-Detail oriented with strong follow through
Ideal Qualifications:
-Supervisory experience preferred.
-Working knowledge in bank processing systems including Hogan, PACE and M-Tell
